Phillip has had an extensive and successful career in the Sydney real estate market and strives to be open to new opportunities and commercial based solutions. After most recently working for a Sydney developer, Phill identified a gap in quality service and expertise in the build to rent market, which is how BTR Group was born.

Daniela is a seasoned Property Management professional with more than 18 years of experience and leads the Property Management team at Built To Rent Group. She always provides concise and effective communication to her clients.
Daniela has specialised in all areas of residential property management, from leasing to setting up entire new property management divisions. She now finds fulfilment in the charitable initiatives within Built To Rent Group where she combines her industry skills with meaningful community engagement.

New to the industry, Ali provides his clients with a personal approach he taught himself in retail customer service. He is adept at steering through the complexities of leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and client relations with finesse.
Ali uses his positive and happy disposition to work with all his clients who are looking for a new home, ensuring seamless day-to-day management. He is committed to helping clients find their dream homes and maximise their rental returns. His pragmatic approach extends to cultivating positive tenant relationships.

With a degree in Science majoring in business management Katrina brings a wealth of knowledge to the BTR team. Katrina is a motivated self-starter who is always willing to learn new things.
A hardworking and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task undertaken with the highest standard possible. Resourceful and results-driven with a passion for growth and efficiency to meet company needs and increase service value.
Working remotely has its benefits and today, it doesn’t get more remote. Katrina provides the team with admin support from the Philippines and through our regular interactions with the team we share our own personal experiences and enjoy learning new cultural differences.
